The California Brewers Guild coordinates the judging of several home
brewing events.
The Valhalla and the Folsom events are Renaissance period events. The California
Brewers Guild participate in these events as Nobles and Commoners. The Guild is a
combination of two houses that band together for the common goal of conducting a homebrew
competition during these Festivals or Faires.

The Grape & Gourmet is to benefit the California State Fair

The State Fair Gala Honoring the Agriculturalist of the
Year & the Golden Bear Award winners. The proceeds from the Gala
and Silent Auction benefit the California State Fair Scholarship Program,
assisting Californians attending four-year accredited colleges or universities
